1 Month Old!

Happy One Month to my little Grady!  Ok, yes I'm aware that Grady is actually six weeks old and turned 1 month on September 24th.  Sigh, welcome to motherhood right?  Below are some of the highlights of his first month:

- His bellybutton stump fell off 5 days after birth.
- Seems to enjoy bath time, doesn't cry anymore.
- Can follow an object with his eyes.
- At his 4 week checkup he weighed 8 lbs 15 oz.
- Has been to the pediatrician 2x's already.
- Has blocked tear ducts - he is on a prescription eye ointment and Matt and I continue to massage his tear ducts 2x's per day.
- Has a little bit of acid reflux and his pediatrician recommended that we give him gripe water and sit him upright for 20 minutes after a feeding.
- Grady coos.
- Lifts his head up for a little bit during time tummy (which is usually on Mommy or Daddy's chest).
