Overdue

Well my due date of Friday, August 19^th, came and went without incident.  I actually never expected this baby to come earlier or even on my due date, but I was surprised to learn from my doctor that I hadn’t progressed much from the Week 38 to Week 39 appointment.  I go back to the doctor on Monday and we will talk about inducing labor next Friday, as he normally only wants women to go one week past their due date.  Hopefully this baby will arrive sometime earlier than next Friday!
